How to order a taxi in Bialystok?
Call from any POLISH phone number to 888 888 111. Calls from numbers outside Poland are not supported.
All interactions with the robot-dispatcher are voice-based, just like with a regular person. Simply answer its questions.
First, the robot will ask which language to communicate in. Say: “english”, “polski” or “ruski”.
Provide the starting address (the location you are departing from):
If it’s an address in Białystok, say, for example: “Upalna, 32,” “Świętojańska, 6,” “Zachodnia, 32A,” “Niedźwiedzia, 65.” There’s no need to mention the city name.
If the address is in a village, first provide the village name, followed by the street and house number, e.g., “Wasilków, Dereniowa, 1,” “Choroszcz, Lipowa, 16.” The address should be provided in Polish.
If you want to order a taxi to a restaurant or shop, tell the robot the name of the place and preferably the street it’s located on (if there are multiple locations). Providing the house number is optional. For example: “Jaga pizza Lipowa,” “Auchan Hetmańska,” “Biedronka Nowowarszawska,” “Żabka Lipowa 28,” “Zmiana Klimatu,” “Lidl Trawiasta,” etc.
Once you provide the starting address, the robot will repeat it and ask for confirmation. Say YES or NO.
Next, the robot will ask for the destination address (where you want to go). After recognizing the address, it will ask you to confirm it (say YES or NO again).
Finally, the robot will state the cost of the ride in PLN for the selected route and ask for confirmation. If you say YES, the robot will create the order and end the call.
You will receive an SMS with a link to your order, where you can track its status, contact the driver, or cancel the ride.
If you call 888 888 111 again and have an active order, the robot will provide the order status. You can also cancel the ride if the taxi is no longer needed.
